You may interact with one photographer only or several different photographers for different portrait styles. Prestige Portraits will take your official yearbook portrait along with other poses you select. Please ask questions and express what you want. Expect some poses to feel a little awkward, but trust your photographer to know what looks best in a finished portrait.

When should I order my portraits? |

Take your time in selecting favorite portraits with family and friends. Call your local Prestige Portraits if you have questions about ordering. Remember, after we receive your order, your finished portraits will arrive three – five weeks later.

How do I order my portraits? |

Ordering information will be returned to you with your proofs about two weeks after your photo session. Your local Prestige Portraits may offer you the chance to order by phone, mail, or in person.

How do I select my yearbook pose? |

The length of your photo session depends on the sitting option you choose (variety of outfit changes, portrait styles, poses, etc.) Call your local Prestige Portraits office for more information.

From the time Prestige receives your order, expect three – five weeks for delivery of your portraits.

What are my portrait payment options? |

Visa, Mastercard, Discover card, money order, or check. Please do not send cash through the mail. Cash is accepted with in-studio orders only.

May I use as many proofs as I want for my wallets? |

You may divide your wallet order into units of eight (8) for as many proofs as offered by your package. If ordering from more poses than your package offers, there may be an extra pose charge.

What if I want more portraits after I order? |

A reorder form will be included with your finished order. You may also place a reorder by calling your local Prestige Portrait office or the customer service toll free at 1-800-736-4775.

How long will negatives/film be kept on file? |

Prestige will retain your portrait negatives for one year after graduation.

May I purchase my negatives/film? |

No, we’re sorry but negatives are not for sale. However, if you wish to order more portraits, Prestige will retain your portrait negatives for one year after graduation.

Will my proofs or finished portraits fade with time? |

No, portraits will not fade, but portraits should never be placed in direct sunlight.

How many proofs can I order from? |

You may order from as many proofs as a package offers. If you are ordering individual portraits, the prices will be given for multiple poses or an extra pose charge will be added. When ordering from more poses than a package offers, extra pose charges may be added.

May I have a retake if I don’t care for my proofs?

Your satisfaction is guaranteed. Please call your local Prestige Portraits representative to schedule a retake appointment.

I did not submit a yearbook proof. Will I still be in my yearbook? |

Yes, Prestige Portraits will make a yearbook selection for you.

What does retouching include? |
| A: |
Your finished portrait order includes removal of skin blemishes and the softening of fine lines and wrinkles. Moles and minor glass glare are removed when requested. Proofs will not be retouched. Call your local Prestige Portraits for more information on retouching and additional rates.

Can I order the proof set only? |

No. However, proofs may be purchased with a minimum portrait order as listed in your price list.

Will my proofs be returned with my order? |
| A: |
Yes, proofs will be returned if you are purchasing your proofs. You need only return the proof(s) from which you are ordering from and those will be returned with your portrait order.

Should I return all of my proofs? |

Return proofs only if you are not purchasing them. If purchasing proofs, when ordering, return only the proofs from which you are ordering. Those will be returned with your portrait order as well as a complete set of proofs without the watermark.

Will my proofs be retouched if I order them? |

No. Proofs are sold as is. However, the proofs you order from will be retouched and returned to you with your portrait order.
